This isn't just about selling square footage; it’s about selling a sophisticated lifestyle to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra-HNWIs globally.The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the luxury ecosystem, a vast network of premium clientele, and the strategic acumen to position Goa as the ultimate destination for second-home investment and luxury living.Key Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust sales roadmap to achieve aggressive revenue targets. Identify niche market segments and tailor outreach for domestic and international buyers. * HNWI Relationship Management: Act as the primary face of the project for elite clients. Build and nurture long-term relationships through personalized engagement and impeccable service. * Channel Partner Ecosystem: Expand and manage a high-performing network of luxury real estate consultants, wealth managers, and international brokers. * Brand Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the project’s messaging aligns with luxury standards. Organize exclusive /"by-invitation/" events and private viewings. * Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of real estate trends in Goa and competing luxury markets (like Alibaug or Dubai) to refine pricing strategies and inventory management. * Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a boutique sales team, ensuring they embody the brand’s values of transparency, discretion, and excellence.Candidate Profile:| Experience | 10+ years in Real Estate Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Luxury/Premium segment.| Network | Proven track record of dealing with HNWIs, corporate CXOs, and top-tier wealth aggregators. High profile channel network of Goa & Delhi.| Education | MBA from a premier institute or a degree in Luxury Brand Management is preferred.| Skills | Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
