You will be responsible for driving revenue through Meta Ads, UGC testing, and conversion optimization.Key Responsibilities1. Scale Meta Ads (Primary Channel)Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Facebook & Instagram Continuously test audiences, creatives, and formats Optimize for low CAC and strong ROAS2. Build a UGC Ad Testing EngineConvert influencer and raw UGC content into high-performing ads Test multiple hooks, angles, and formats Launch 20–50 ad variations weekly3. Improve Conversion & Funnel PerformanceOptimize landing pages, product pages, and offers Work closely with the content/editor team for conversion-focused creatives Improve conversion rate, AOV, and overall sales performance4. Data-Driven OptimizationTrack and act on key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversion rate Scale winning campaigns and eliminate underperformers quickly5.
