We're an AI-native, lean-by-design team — and we're hiring for Founder's Office - Growth to sit at the centre of our growth engine.Swym has the product, the customer base, and the market tailwind. What doesn't exist yet is the growth system — the flywheel of campaigns, tracking, experiments, and programs that compounds over time and makes growth predictable rather than episodic. Right now that flywheel is a collection of good intentions and half-built parts. This role exists to build it — and keep it turning.This isn't a role with a clean backlog and a defined playbook. You'll be working directly with the founding team, picking up half-formed ideas and turning them into live campaigns, tracking systems, and repeatable programs — fast. Some days you'll be running an outbound campaign. Own the brief, the build, the launch, and the retrospective. Email, content, paid, lifecycle — you'll work across all of it, often simultaneously, always with clear accountability for outcomes.Operate with AI as your default. Use AI tools to punch above your weight — for research, copy generation, audience segmentation, reporting, and wherever else they save you time. The expectation isn't that you know every tool. It's that you figure them out fast and use them aggressively.Coordinate across external partners. You'll regularly work with consultants, agencies, and freelancers to get things done — briefing them clearly, keeping work on track, and making sure what comes back is on standard. The ability to direct external resources as effectively as internal ones is part of the job.Keep the growth engine visible. Build and maintain dashboards and tracking infrastructure so the team always knows what's working and what isn't. Flag issues before anyone asks.Manage projects without hand-holding. Set your own milestones, coordinate across teams, and ship on time. You won't have a dedicated FO above you — you are the FO.Work cross-functionally. Partner with marketing, sales, product, and design to drive initiatives that require alignment across teams. Keep things moving even when no one else is pushing.Learn fast and close the loop. Run structured experiments, document learnings, and feed insights back into the growth strategy. Every campaign should make the next one sharper.RequirementsNon-negotiableComfort with ambiguity. You're already using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to multiply your output — not as an experiment, but as a default. This is assessed in the interview, not assumed.Strong written communication. You'll be writing briefs, campaign copy, and stakeholder updates regularly. Clarity matters.Natural organisation. You juggle multiple projects without dropping threads. AI operating model established for your own workflow — research, drafting, and reporting already handled with AI assistance. First two campaigns shipped and retrospected.Months 4–6 — Build MomentumTracking and attribution infrastructure clean and trusted by the team. Campaign cadence running predictably. Cross-functional relationships established — you're the person people come to when something growth-related needs to get done.Months 7–12 — Own ItYou can name 3+ AI workflows you've built or refined that materially changed your throughput.
