Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve service issuesProfessional Phone Etiquette and effective communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to remote work settingsProblem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing customer concernsBachelor's degree or relevant experience in customer support or a related field is advantageousExperience using customer support tools and software is a plus
