Role: Workday Compensation and Benefits Functional AnalystPosition Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)Contract Duration: 3-6 months+Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)Work Hours: IST (day close around 1 PM EST)Location: 100% RemoteWe are hiring a very senior Workday Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Compensation and Benefits to support a large-scale global HR transformation. This role will focus on production support, hypercare, and stabilization during and after a multi-country Workday go-live (31 countries).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on support for Workday Compensation and Benefits modules during implementation and post go-liveConfigure and support salary plans, merit cycles, bonuses, incentives, and compensation review eventsConfigure and manage benefits plans, open enrollment, eligibility rules, and country-specific variationsSupport hypercare, cutover, and stabilization activitiesTroubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure smooth employee experienceCollaborate with HR, Total Rewards, IT, and regional teamsWrite and execute test scripts and support UAT cyclesProvide functional guidance and end-user supportRequired Skills & ExperienceWorkday Certification in Compensation and/or Benefits (mandatory)Strong hands-on configuration experience in both Compensation and BenefitsExperience supporting global, multi-country Workday implementationsDeep understanding of compensation cycles, benefits dependencies, and downstream impacts (Payroll, Absence, Time)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
