Job Description:
Reports to: Sales Head Experience: 2–4 years in Automotive Back Office or RTO Operations.Location: Pune, MHRole Objective: The Admin & Back Office Representative is the operational backbone of the dealership. You are responsible for the precision-heavy /"Post-Sale/" lifecycle, ensuring that once a dream bike is sold, the legal and administrative transition to the customer is seamless and compliant.Key Responsibilities:● End-to-End RTO Management: Handle everything from temporary registrations to permanent BH-series and state-specific plates; manage physical file submissions at the Pune/PCMC RTO.● Warranty & Recall Administration: Proactively monitor the Ducati portal for technical recalls and ensure the service team and customers are notified immediately.● Inventory Auditing: Conduct weekly physical stock audits of motorcycles against the DMS records to ensure zero discrepancy.● Finance & Insurance (F&I) Coordination: Act as the liaison between the customer, banks, and insurance companies to ensure the /"Delivery Readiness/" of the bike.● Post-Sale Paperwork: Maintain a digital and physical /"Birth Certificate/" file for every motorcycle sold, containing all PDI reports, sale deeds, and RC copies.● HSRP Coordination: Manage the procurement and fitment tracking of High-Security Registration Plates with the workshop team.Key Skills:● Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Maharashtra RTO rules (MH12/MH14) and Vahan/Sarathi portals.● Operational Precision: Extreme attention to detail for managing VIN/Engine number matching.● Communication: Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi for coordination with authorities and customers
