Summary of Job DescriptionThis is a senior role responsible for leading and delivering the end-to-end integration program arising from Bank's proposed acquisition of other Bank and Other Bank proposed acquisition of a portfolio of investment management clients from separate entity.. The incumbent will be accountable for the design and execution of a structured integration plan that achieves defined strategic and operational outcomes within agreed timelines and parameters, while maintaining effective risk management, client service standards, and the continuity of business operations throughout the transition.The role requires an experienced integration professional who benefits from the experience, credibility, judgement, and program leadership skills needed to operate effectively at Executive, management and operational levels across the buyer, seller, and acquired entities. They will coordinate a complex, multi-workstream environment, ensuring alignment of stakeholders, disciplined governance, and the delivery of integration milestones in a controlled and regulatorily compliant manner.Key Job Accountabilities1.      Programme Leadership̶           Design and lead the integration program structure, including workstream architecture, governance framework and reporting cadence.̶           Work closely with project managers to develop and maintain the master integration plan, ensuring interdependencies are identified and actively managed.̶           Produce regular reporting to the Integration Steering Committee, to include RAG status, risks, issues and key decisions.2.     Integration Management. ̶           Work with functional leads across technology, operations, finance, risk, compliance, HR, and commercial teams to define integration scope, sequencing, process harmonization objectives and other key deliverables for each workstream. ̶           Lead end-to-end integration and execution across all workstreams, ensuring that  Day 1, Day 30, Day 90, and full integration milestones are achieved.̶           Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the achievement of systems and data migration requirements within agreed timeframes. ̶           Manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) and exit plans where applicable. ̶           Minimize disruption while maintaining customer and employee satisfaction.3.     Cultural Integration & Change Management̶           Lead cultural integration efforts to unify teams and values. ̶           Communicate vision and change initiatives across all organizations. 4.     Risk, Controls & Regulatory Alignment̶           Ensure integration activities maintain control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.̶           Ensure alignment with operational resilience, outsourcing, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements.̶           Support regulatory engagement as required.Key Success Factors v On‑time delivery of critical milestones.v Minimal customer disruption and high retention.v Integration cost and synergy realization vs. plan.v Employee retention in critical roles.v Stability of operations post‑conversion Incumbent Requirementsv Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.v Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.v Change management and cultural sensitivity.v Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
