Ban Job ID: SS Function: Quality Engineer Role: FAI Aprrover Desired Skills: AS9102,AS9100,FAI creation, PPAP Job Description Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing Engineering 4-8 years of relevant experience in Aerospace/Automotive Sectors. Expertise with AS9102 & AS9100 requirements (Minimum 4 years of experience) Hands on experience on FAI creation, review, and approval Hands on experience in process planning & Inspection plans Exposure to Machined, Sheet- Metal, Composite commodities. Relevant certifications such as AS9102 FAI signatory Hands on experience in tools such as Net Inspect, Discus & Teamcenter is an added advantage. Exposure to special processes & NDT requirements Working Knowledge of GD&T concepts Experience in AS9145, PPAP Elements creation, review and approval is an added advantage. Deep understanding of Quality analysis (RRCA, Fish bone, 5 Why etc..) and must have demonstrated effective implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
