Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pumps, aerators, filters, and chemical feeders to ensure optimal functionality. Compliance: Ensure all treated effluent meets safety and environmental regulations. Water Quality Control: Collect and analyze sewage samples to ensure water quality standards are met. Staff Supervision: Plan, schedule, train, and supervise technicians and operators, managing work assignments. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of treatment operations, chemical usage, and plant performance.  Indeed Indeed  +7 Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in operating/supervising STP, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), or RO (Reverse Osmosis) plants. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of wastewater treatment processes, mechanical/electrical systems, and chemical dosing. Qualifications: Often requires a technical degree or diploma, such as an engineering degree or specialized certificate in water treatment. Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, and work in various conditions. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
