A leading player in India’s thermal power space is looking for an experienced legal professional to support its Power Business operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end litigation across Civil, Commercial, Criminal, Environmental, Mining, Labour, Property & Land mattersIndependently handle labour, land and commercial disputes, including recovery proceedings through counsel engagementDevelop and drive litigation strategy aligned with business objectives, including dispute minimization and cost optimization initiativesCoordinate closely with external counsels, solicitors, and regulatory authorities for effective case resolutionEnsure statutory compliance across environmental, mining, industrial, labour & tax lawsDraft and vet MoUs, LoIs, contracts, pleadings, affidavits and other legal documentationProvide strategic legal advisory to safeguard business interests and enable smooth operationsKey Requirements:LLB with 16–20 years’ experience with proven experience in the Indian Power sectorStrong expertise in regulatory and compliance frameworksProven leadership and stakeholder management skillsIf this aligns with your experience or someone in your network, feel free to apply or share your profile directly at
