Job Title: Kinaxis Solution Consultant Job Location: Fully Remote India Job Duration: 6 monthsJob Description: The Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) Team is the IT Engine that delivers compelling and robust capabilities, products, and solutions to client business and IT by focusing on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and customers. This role is part ofSupply chain planning and forecasting team. As part of this team, this role will support full horizon end-to-end integrated solutions and will be responsible for developing and supportingKinaxisrelatedimplementationprojects or changes undertaken by the DTS organization.Scope: Responsible for solution design and delivery ofKinaxissystem • Excellent understanding ofKinaxissolutionfootprint, with a deep knowledge ofSupply planning solutions • Leads/Facilitates business diagnostics,As-Is process analysis and To-Be designworkshops and subsequently be able to write a solution design document to support business requirements • Ability to review functional specs and designs, and provide inputs to influence and enhance the quality of deliverables • Ability to review existing systems and tools, and recommend improvement opportunities. • Working experience of implementing planning solutions for a large global manufacturer or CPG company. This is preferred but not a must. • Ability to configure planning solution ofKinaxis , and be able to implement solution independently with some oversight fromKinaxisarchitect • Ability to influence business decisions on technology, through experiences and by sharing industry best practices and methodologies • Ability to deliver in fast paced environments using agile methodologies • Assist Delivery manager and Kinaxis architect in project planning including detailed project plan, estimates and timelines. • Setup and coordinate user acceptance testing, and support final acceptance and critical phase sign-off by the business owners • Communicate project risks and issues that may have a negative impact on the project schedule, scope or budgetQualifications: Education required: • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or similar fields • MBA / Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply chain / Logistics is preferred nut not a mustTech Experience:8+ years of experience in implementing supply chainsolutions with deep expertise inKinaxis or similar supply planningsolutions. • 5+ years of proven experience inKinaxissupplyplanningimplementationsis mandatory. Project, Enhancement, and/orPOCexperience is required. Experience as a user or superuser is not counted. •Implementationexperience andfunctional knowledge of material planning systemsand processes is desirable • Hand-on experience ofintegrationbetweenKinaxis and SAP S4 HANA/SAP ECCis highly desirable but not a must • Experience of collaborating with multiple cross-cultural teams spread across geographies to gather requirements, make design decisions, and fortesting and delivery • Good time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines • Excellentstakeholdermanagement & good communication skillsKinaxis experience could be in eitherDemand Planning or Supply Planningor both. 5+ years experience in Kinaxis,, if they identified as having the right skills and experience.
