Senior Sales Executive – Enterprise, Projects & Channel SalesLocation:Gurugram, Haryana Salary Range:₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month + performance-linked incentives Experience:5–8 years Employment Type:Full-time/Work from OfficeRole Summary This role exists to drive high-value, complex sales for Railingo’s premium steel doors and architectural products across builders, developers, architects, corporates, institutions, and channel partners. You will: Handle long sales cycles Manage multiple stakeholders Close ₹2L–₹25L+ ticket-size deals Build relationships that compound over time Lay the foundation for a scalable sales teamKey Responsibilities A. Enterprise & Project Sales Ownership Own the complete sales lifecycle for large residential, commercial, institutional, and enterprise projects Engage with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams Conduct in-depth requirement discussions covering: Design intent Product specifications Customization feasibility Timelines and manufacturing cycles Position Railingo as a premium, long-term partner, not a commodity supplierB. Capability Presentation & Consultative Selling Conduct product capability presentations (showroom, site, architect offices, corporate meetings) Explain: Product range and variants Custom manufacturing logic Hardware, locks, finishes, warranties Delivery timelines and dependencies Handle objections related to price, timelines, comparisons, and risk Translate customer intent into clear commercial proposalsC. Pricing, Negotiation & Closure Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals Handle: Pricing discussions Discount boundaries Margin protection Contractual terms Close deals aligned with Railingo’s payment structure: Advance payments Pre-dispatch payments Ensure clean handover to operations post-closureD. Channel, Dealer & Franchise Engagement Work with: City dealers Franchise partners Channel influencers Support onboarding conversations for: Dealers Franchise prospects (commercial discussions only) Ensure channel partners understand: Product positioning Pricing logic Sales process Brand expectationsE. CRM, Forecasting & Reporting Own CRM accuracy for: Leads Opportunities Deal stages Expected closures Maintain realistic forecasts Share weekly updates on: Active deals Risks Blockers Competitive intelligenceF.
