Hiring: Fashion Designer (Mens & Womenswear) – Oh Krab! / Exciting Fashions & Emb Pvt Ltd Location:Manesar (On-site, full-time)We’re looking for aFashion Designerwho can work across bothmenswear and womenswear , and who understandsproduct development (PD)end-to-end.This role is forOh Krab!(our fashion brand) and you will be officially hired byExciting Fashions & Emb Pvt Ltd – Manufacturers of Schiffli Embroidery . You’ll be working closely with ourHead Designerand embroidery production teams, so you need to be as comfortable with design boards as you are with explaining artwork to the sampling team.What you’ll do:Assist theHead Designerin bringing collections to life – from concept to final product. Design forboth menswear and womenswear , with a strong focus onembroidered products . Work onproduct development : tech packs, sampling follow-ups, fit trials, and production handovers. Coordinate with theembroidery design teamto translate designs correctly into production. Research trends, fabrics, and techniques that fit theOh Krab!aesthetic and brand DNA. Ensure timely execution of styles and be proactive in getting work done on schedule.What we’re looking for:Degree/diploma in Fashion Design(preferred) withexperience in product development . Musthave at least2 years of experienceinFashion Design and PD . Experience designingboth menswear and womenswear . Strong communication skills– you’ll be working with designers, factory teams and management. Mandatory:Hands-on knowledge ofSchiffli embroideryand familiarity withother machine embroideries . Someone who isoutgoing, proactive and deadline-oriented– you get things done. A genuinelypassionate, creative designerwho cares about details, silhouettes and finishes. Must be able totravel to Manesar daily(on-site role).Portfolio – MandatoryApplicationswithout a portfolio will not be considered.
