Instructional Designer

Job Title: Instructional Designer Location: Bhiwadi (On-site) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to create high-quality training materials that align with established learning methodologies and industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging training content, assessments, and communication tools to enhance learning effectiveness and knowledge retention. Key Responsibilities Training Presentations: Develop visually compelling and content-rich PowerPoint presentations. Incorporate infographics, animations, and clear messaging to support effective learning delivery. Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs): Design concise, engaging, and visually appealing EDMs. Structure content to ensure clarity and maximize knowledge retention. Assessments & Engagement Tools: Develop interactive quizzes, knowledge checks, and assessments to measure learning outcomes. Design scenario-based role-playing exercises and integrate gamification elements to improve learner engagement. Learning Methodology Alignment: Ensure all training content and delivery methods adhere to instructional design best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational learning objectives. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer. Proficiency in instructional design principles, training material development, and e-learning best practices. Strong expertise in PowerPoint and design tools, with the ability to create engaging and professional learning content. Hands-on experience with editing software and authoring/design tools (self-provided). Excellent communication, visualization, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to work on-site at Bhiwadi during specified hours. Additional Information Candidates are required to bring their own laptop, editing software, and design tools. This is a Contractual role for 12 months, on-site position.
