The Agritech Operations Intern will support on-ground execution, coordination with farmers, and daily operational activities while gaining hands-on exposure to modern agritech systems.This internship is designed as a learning-first role offering real-world experience in agricultural operations, technology deployment, and rural field coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations Support- Assist in planning and executing daily drone spraying and monitoring activities - Support coordination between drone pilots, fellows, and field teams - Help manage schedules, locations, and on-ground logisticsFarmer Coordination- Act as a point of contact for farmers during field operations - Support farmer onboarding, demonstrations, and awareness sessions - Communicate service details and safety instructions clearlyData & Reporting- Collect basic field data (crop type, acreage, spray details) - Update operational records and simple reports - Assist in documenting field activities and outcomesLogistics & Station Support- Support drone station activities such as equipment handling and battery logistics - Assist in inventory tracking and movement of field equipment - Coordinate local transport and routing for field teamsLearning & Skill Development- Participate in training on agronomy basics, drone operations, and agritech tools - Observe crop monitoring and AI-based insights generation - Support demonstrations and pilot programsWhat You Will Learn- Practical agritech operations in real farm conditions - Basics of precision agriculture and drone-based services - Farmer engagement and rural operations management - Field data collection and reporting - How agritech startups operate at the grassroots levelEligibility- Students or fresh graduates from any discipline (Agriculture preferred but not mandatory) - Interest in agriculture, technology, and field operations - Willingness to work in rural environments and relocate if required - Basic smartphone and communication skills - Kannada knowledge preferredWhat We Offer- Hands-on learning and field exposure - Mentorship from operations and agronomy teams - Internship Certificate & Recommendation Letter - Opportunity to grow into long-term roles based on performance - Exposure to a fast-growing agritech startupIdeal Candidate Profile- Curious and eager to learn - Comfortable working outdoors and with farmers - Organized, responsible, and proactive - Interested in rural development and agritechNote- This is a fixed-term internship focused on learning and exposure.
