We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for direct sales of premium quality windows & doors across Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets Follow up on all existing & fresh sales leads & take all necessary efforts (product presentations, site surveys, showroom visits of the client and/or architect, commercial offers, etc.) to convert them into a successful deal/order Schedule & implement daily & weekly sales action plans Maintain & update the customer database in the CRM software Update the progress of each lead daily Ensure clearance of all outstanding payments from clients as per the agreed terms Coordinate with the operations team to ensure delivery & installation of the committed product in the committed timeline Maintain good business relations with architects, interior designers, contractors, etc. Monitor competitors, market conditions & competitors' products & develop an action plan to stay ahead in the market Ensure customer service satisfaction & good client relationships Perform checks on product and service delivery Participate in sales & marketing events About Company: WOW - World of Windows exclusively works in the manufacturing, sales & service of premium uPVC windows & doors since 2011.
