Partnership Development Officer - Chad

If you are a visionary communicator with a heart for MAF’s mission and a talent for developing collaborative networks, you can play a pivotal role in multiplying the reach of the Gospel and essential aid across Chad.Responsibilities- Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish high-level relationships with NGOs, mission agencies, and donor organizations to integrate MAF aviation into their core operational strategies. - Analyse Humanitarian Needs: Monitor regional trends and sector activities to identify service gaps where MAF’s flight solutions can improve aid delivery to isolated communities. - Optimize Flight Utilisation: Work directly with partners to develop new shuttle routes, maximize payload capacity, and create “Memorandum of Understanding” agreements that increase flight frequency. - Manage Institutional Donor Relations: Collaborate on international tender processes and grant proposals to secure funding and participation in large-scale humanitarian consortiums. - Represent MAF Externally: Act as the primary point of contact for government bodies (such as SPONGAH) and NGO networks to advocate for MAF’s operational interests and visibility. - Facilitate Spiritual Integration: Lead and participate in daily corporate prayer and biblical reflection, ensuring the program’s strategic growth aligns with MAF’s Christian mission and values.Education and Qualifications- Essential: University education or equivalent experience in partnership development and institutional donors - Aptitude in verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning - Demonstrated ability to be able to build and maintain good relationships with all levels of the organisation - Fluent in English and FrenchJob Related Experience- Essential: Self starter, strategist, analytical, commercially focused and a team player - Business/partnership development or sales and marketing experienceDesirable- Financial management experience - Knowledge of current missiological thinking and practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
