Strategic Pricing Leadership The role of a Strategic Pricing Leader is pivotal in driving business growth through informed pricing decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and effective communication to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's goals. Pricing Strategies: Develop and maintain a pricing framework that encompasses cost-plus, value-based, and market-based models for various service lines. Pricing Governance: Standardize pricing governance across geographies, verticals, and deal types to ensure consistency and control. Deal Pricing & Bid Support: Lead the pricing process for new RFPs, renewals, and change requests in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams. Financial Analysis: Model financial outcomes (P&L, IRR, payback period) to assess commercial viability and recommend optimal commercial structures. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Director of FP&A, Controller, CFO, Sales Executives, Operations, and Customer Implementation Teams. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: Corporate forecasting and accounting experience. Strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and effective communication. Able to develop and maintain a pricing framework. Familiarity with financial analysis tools and techniques.
