About the CompanyWe are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the migration of enterprise integrations from TIBCO to Workato. The role will focus on designing, documenting, and implementing scalable integration solutions that modernize and streamline enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Workato, with additional background in TIBCO and Java being highly preferred.About the RoleThe Integration Architect will be responsible for leading the migration initiative and ensuring successful integration solutions.ResponsibilitiesServe as the Integration Architect for the migration initiative.Design and develop Workato recipes for complex integration use cases.Develop and implement a global error handling process for integrations.Provide status reports and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.QualificationsProven experience as an Integration Architect in enterprise environments.Hands-on expertise with Workato (must-have).Experience in documenting integration requirements and mapping data flows.Knowledge of API design, integration best practices, and error handling frameworks.Agile delivery experience (epic/sprint planning, user stories).Required SkillsPrior experience with TIBCO (for migration context).Proficiency in Java for custom integration and logic implementation.Experience migrating from legacy integration platforms to modern iPaaS solutions.Preferred SkillsStrong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
