Location: RemoteExperience: 8–11 yearsRole Overview:As a Senior Lead Engineer, you will lead development teams to deliver robust payment solutions based on ISO 20022 and Instant Payment standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead design and development of payment processing modules.Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and coding standards.Mentor developers and review code for quality and performance.Work closely with architects to implement scalable solutions.Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.Required Skills:Hands-on experience in ISO 20022, Instant Payments, Swift Payments and payment gateways.Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.Experience with message transformation, integration patterns, and middleware.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
