This role is designed to strengthen the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by fostering innovation, supporting start-ups, and driving incubation initiatives. Selection will be strictly merit-based through a duly constituted Selection Committee.Educational QualificationMaster’s Degree from a recognized university in Technology / Science / Pharmacy / Management / Computer Applications.Experience: 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in incubation, start-ups, innovation, or entrepreneurship ecosystem.Key Responsibilities• Lead incubation programs, start-up support, and innovation initiatives• Facilitate product development, technology transfer, and commercialization• Drive IPR activities including patent filing and policy implementation• Mentor start-ups in business planning, scaling, and funding strategies• Build strategic partnerships with industry, investors, and research organizations• Manage funded research and incubation projects• Develop incubation frameworks, policies, and infrastructure• Promote entrepreneurship culture within the university ecosystemKey Skills Required• Strong understanding of start-up ecosystems (local, national, global)• Knowledge of IPR policies and patent filing• Expertise in business plan development and market analysis• Familiarity with MSME/SSI registration and company formation• Excellent communication and analytical skills• Strong leadership and managerial capabilities• Ability to work independently with a vision-driven approach• High ownership mindset and adaptabilityWhy Join UsOpportunity to work in a progressive academic ecosystem and play a key role in shaping innovation and entrepreneurship.
