Senior Instrumentation Control Engineer

We are looking for a C&I Manager with 15-20 years of experience to lead control system integration for a Gas-Based CCPP.- Lead the commissioning of DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and PLCs for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, and HRSGs (e.g., Siemens T3000, GE Mark VIe, or Emerson Ovation). - Direct the configuration and validation of complex control loops, interlocks, and protection logic (FSSS, TG Protection). - Manage the integration of communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, and IEC 61850). - Supervise the installation and calibration of high-precision field instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level) and Analyzers (CEMS, SWAS). - Oversee the installation of specialized vibration monitoring systems (Bently Nevada) and flame scanners. - Loop Marking: Oversee the systematic alphanumeric tagging and documentation of thousands of I/O points and instrument cables for error-free re-integration. - Sensitive Preservation: Implement specialized preservation for electronic cards and modules, including ESD-safe packaging, desiccant monitoring, and climate-controlled storage. - Instrument Removal: Supervise the safe removal of delicate sensors and primary elements to avoid mechanical damage during dismantling. - Lead Loop Checks (Cold and Hot) and ensure 100% accuracy of signal transmission from field to DCS. - Execute final system tuning and Performance Guarantee (PG) tests for plant automation.
