Jio is looking to hire Jio Point Lead - Rest of Telangana AreaIdeal candidate shall have 4 – 6 years of experience in Sales & Distribution.Education: Graduation degree in any discipline, Post Graduation, MBA preferredJob Description:- Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory, - Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory, - Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound, - Operationalize all the Jio points within a Jio Centre, - Own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory, - Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points, - Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Points, - Monitor and manage productivity of the team, - Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners.Key skills and attributes:- Territory familiarity - Distribution management skills - People management skills - Communication skills - Influencing and negotiation Skills - Problem solving skills - Process orientation
