For More details, please visit: - Purpose & Key Responsibilities Purpose: To support the digitalization of pilot production lines by implementing and maintaining SCADA/Upper computer systems and contributing through general industrial process knowledge. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and technologies for enhanced process monitoring, control, and data analytics. The candidate will work under the direction of CQP head and guidance of MES IT teamLocation : Divitipalli/ Mahabubnagar Workday: 6days/Week.Key Responsibilities Assist in the deployment and configuration of SCADA systems/Upper computer for pilot line operations and configuring LIMS system. Support database setup and management (e.g., SQL Server SSMS) Collect, clean, and analyze process data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. Develop basic scripts or applications to automate data collection and reporting. Collaborate with process and automation engineers to understand workflows and translate them into digital solutions using tools like BI software, SQL, Python, C++, xml. Maintain documentation for system architecture, data flows, and troubleshooting procedures. Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of digital systems. Ensure compliance with IT security and industrial safety standards. Support in LLM and ML models development. Maintaining good communication between manufacturing Engineering team and Operations/Product development Team. Building Dashboards for whole lab/line. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Science and Engineering, Bachelors in Computer Applications Information Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering. 0–3 year of experience in industrial IT systems, SCADA, process automation, & data analysis/Shopfloor knowledge. Hands on structured data collection, storage and retrieval using any platforms like Excel, Access, Google sheets is preferable. Preferred Exposure to SCADA platforms (e.g., Wonderware, Siemens WinCC, Schneider Eco Struxure). Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC, Modbus). Academic or internship experience in industrial automation or data-driven process optimization. Worked with Power BI, SQL, Access database.
