We are IRCLASS-approved and specialize in NDT, welding, coating, and QA/QC training programs. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated NDT/Welding Trainer to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience and the ability to train and mentor candidates in NDT techniques and welding inspection practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on NDT and Welding inspection methods. Prepare training materials, course modules, and assessment plans. Guide candidates through hands-on training with industry-relevant case studies. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest industry codes, standards, and practices. Support certification processes and ensure training quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Related field. 2 to 4 years of field experience in NDT and Welding inspection. Certified in NDT Levels (UT, RT, MT, PT) preferred. Strong knowledge of welding processes, codes, and standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for training and mentoring young professionals.
