Consultant – Salesforce Effectiveness

Role Overview We are seeking an experiencedConsultant – Salesforce Effectivenessto support strategic monitoring, team coordination, performance tracking, and mentoring of the Salesforce Effectiveness team. The role requires a seasoned pharmaceutical sales professional who can guide field teams, strengthen sales practices, and improve overall salesforce productivity and performance.Key Responsibilities Providestrategic monitoring and guidanceto enhance salesforce effectiveness across field teams. Coordinate and work closely with theSalesforce Effectiveness teamto track performance metrics and drive improvements. Monitor field team productivity and ensure alignment withsales strategies and organizational goals . Mentor and guide senior sales leaders and regional teams to improve execution and sales outcomes. Evaluate and strengthenpharmaceutical sales practices and field force operations . Support implementation of systems and processes that enhancesales tracking and performance management . Provide periodic insights and recommendations to leadership on improvingsalesforce effectiveness and field performance . Participate in review meetings and strategic discussions related to sales performance and team effectiveness.Eligibility / Experience Minimum25 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales . Proven experience inmanaging large sales teams , including leadership exposure at levels such asZSM (Zonal Sales Manager) and ASM (Area Sales Manager) . Prior experience working withmultinational pharmaceutical companies (MNCs) preferred . Strong leadership capabilities with adeep understanding of pharmaceutical sales practices and field operations . Demonstrated experience inmonitoring and improving field team performance and salesforce effectiveness . Ability to mentor senior sales professionals and drive performance improvements.Skills Required Strong leadership and strategic thinking Expertise insales performance monitoring and field force effectiveness Excellent team coordination and mentoring skills Strong analytical and performance tracking ability Excellent communication skillsTravel Requirement: The role requirestravel for 3–4 days per month across Indiato support and monitor salesforce effectiveness activities.Language Requirement Fluency inEnglish and Hindi is mandatory .
