The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, crafting travel itineraries, providing cost-effective recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on travel trends and promotions.Qualifications- Sales and customer service skills to understand client needs and provide excellent service - Expertise in travel planning, itinerary creation, and booking systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction - Knowledge of popular travel destinations and current travel trends - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in travel software and tools, and familiarity with online booking platforms - Time management skills to handle multiple client requests effectively - A Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
