You love coding, solving hard problems, and seeing your work in action across thousands of daily customer interactions.You are someone who:Constantly asks, "Why?" and isn’t afraid to dive deep to find the answers.Enjoys rapid prototyping and iterating but also takes pride in developing rock-solid, production-grade systems.Has strong, thoughtful opinions yet remains open-minded, able to disagree and commit.Understands the big picture, architects scalable systems, and enjoys working across frontend, backend, and microservices to deliver end-to-end solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and implement scalable, reliable solutions for our next-gen Voice AI platform.Build robust backend services using Python and relational databases (PostgreSQL, etc.).Develop intuitive front-end experiences, leveraging modern frameworks and best practices.Own Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices—ensuring system scalability, monitoring, stress-testing, reliability, and observability.Create and manage cloud-native microservices architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.Optimize and enhance performance through continuous improvements, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and refining voice/text processing pipelines.Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly build and ship impactful features.Mandatory Qualifications7+ years of full-stack development experience (Python backend, modern frontend frameworks).Proven expertise in architecting and deploying scalable microservices and cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).Proven expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including stress testing, performance benchmarking, monitoring, logging, and observability.Hands-on experience in Voice AI / Conversational AI, including integration with platforms like Twilio, Telenyx, or Vonage.Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).Deployment and Code Strategy: Define and own CI/CD strategy, championing best practices for automated testing, blue-green/canary deployments.Hands-on experience with performance optimization and monitoring of AI-driven systems.Highly Desired SkillsPrior experience fine-tuning and evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs) and building robust monitoring pipelines.Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
