Risk Insurance Manager

We’re Hiring: Insurance & Risk Manager (Manpower, Asset & Engineering)We are looking for an experienced Insurance & Risk Manager to lead and manage our end-to-end insurance portfolio across manpower, assets, and engineering risks, supporting large-scale projects—particularly in the renewable energy / infrastructure sector.Role Highlights- Manage manpower insurance (Workmen Compensation, Group Health, GPA) - Oversee asset insurance for wind turbines, cranes, vehicles & infrastructure - Handle Engineering Insurance (CAR, EAR, Machinery Breakdown) - Lead claims management from initiation to closure - Ensure statutory compliance and risk mitigation - Coordinate with insurers, brokers, TPAs & internal stakeholders - Develop SOPs, maintain audit-ready documentation & MIS reportingQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field - PG Diploma in Insurance Management (PGDIM) or equivalent preferredExperience & Skills- 5+ years of experience in insurance management - Strong knowledge of Indian insurance laws & engineering insurance products - Hands-on exposure to claims handling - Excellent negotiation, communication & coordination skills - Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPointPreferred Background- Renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sector experience - Base Location @ Tenkasi, Tamil NaduInterested?If you’re passionate about risk management and want to play a key role in protecting complex projects and people, we’d love to hear from you.Share your profile at keerthana.h@ or WhatsApp the resume 9840331859
