Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver high-impact sessions on business strategy, competitive advantage, growth strategy, market expansion, and business model innovation, tailored to the maturity and function of each executive cohort.Lead discussion-based and simulation-driven learning experiences that help executives develop strategic thinking as a practiced discipline, not a theoretical exercise.Develop original case studies, strategic frameworks, and business challenges drawn from diverse industries, geographies, and market contexts.Facilitate leadership conversations on transformation, organisational disruption, and adaptive strategy, bridging strategic intent with execution realities.Challenge participants to pressure-test their assumptions and build well-reasoned strategic positions, using Socratic inquiry and structured debate where appropriate.Required Experience & Skills:Minimum 15 years of experience at the intersection of strategy and leadership, in consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent senior management roles.Depth in one or more of: business strategy, competitive strategy, growth strategy, market entry, digital transformation, corporate restructuring, or innovation management.Proven experience facilitating executive-level learning for audiences with 10-25 years of professional experience. Comfort managing strong opinions and navigating intellectual conflict constructively.Ability to synthesise ideas across industries and business contexts, and to make strategic frameworks immediately actionable for practicing executives.Strong narrative ability and executive presence; capable of commanding attention through insight and clarity, not just authority.MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent advanced degree; doctoral qualification or research credentials a distinct advantage.Teaching & Facilitation Expectations:Strategy sessions at Accredian are expected to be intellectually provocative. Participants arrive with strong opinions, your role is to sharpen, challenge, and constructively disrupt them.Facilitate through cases, simulations, structured group exercises, and live strategic problem-solving, not extended lectures. The energy in the room is your responsibility.Sessions must translate to takeaways that participants can apply to their organisations within weeks.Adaptability is essential: cohorts may include functional managers, business unit heads, entrepreneurs, and C-suite leaders, often in the same room. Faculty must calibrate accordingly.Comfort with online delivery (virtual) is required. Proficiency with digital facilitation tools is an advantage.Preferred Candidate Profiles:We are open to multiple archetypes, what is non-negotiable is the ability to elevate a room of experienced leaders. Profiles that fit this role well include:Strategy Consultant or Managing Partner from a leading consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) who has transitioned into executive facilitation, guest faculty, or advisory roles.Former CEO, COO, or Chief Strategy Officer with a career defined by transformation mandates and a hunger to transfer strategic instinct to the next generation of leaders.Business School Faculty with a focus on competitive strategy, corporate strategy, or innovation, ideally with active consulting engagements and a track record in executive programs over traditional classroom settings.Professor of Practice or Executive-in-Residence with a hybrid career spanning strategy consulting or leadership in large enterprises, capable of grounding theory in lived organisational complexity.
