Unified Communication Engineer

Job Title: Unified Communications (UC) Engineer Location:[Specify Location or Remote] Work Hours:8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST Job Type:[Full-time/Contract] Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilledUnified Communications (UC) Engineerwith a minimum of5 years of experienceto manage the administration and maintenance of our UC platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handlingadds, moves, and programming changes , as well as documenting and testing all configurations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively with an onsite team. Key Responsibilities:Performadds, moves, and programming changesto the UC platform. Document configurations, changes, and test results to ensure system reliability. Troubleshoot and resolveUC-related issues , collaborating withCISCO TAC Centerwhen necessary. Work closely with the onsite team to implement and maintain communication solutions. Ensurebest practicesfor UC platform administration and security. Required Qualifications:5+ years of experiencein Unified Communications administration. Strong expertise inCISCO Call Managerand related UC technologies. Experience troubleshooting UC issues withCISCO TAC Center . One or moreCISCO Call Manager certifications(e.g., CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration) preferred. Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Skills:Experience with additionalVoIP and telephonysolutions. Knowledge ofSIP, QoS, and networking fundamentals .
