The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons to students, developing comprehensive lesson plans, and tailoring instructional strategies to different learning needs. They will also foster an interactive and supportive learning environment while ensuring that students gain confidence and proficiency in the German language.Qualifications Proficiency in Language Teaching and Teaching skills to effectively deliver German language curriculum Experience in Lesson Planning and Education to create structured and interactive learning experiences Strong knowledge of Literature as it pertains to German language and culture Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students Relevant certifications or qualifications in German language teaching (e.g., Goethe-Institut certification or equivalent) are preferred Prior teaching or tutoring experience in German language is an advantage Understanding of classroom management and the ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs
