We design and execute high-volume UGC and influencer campaigns that connect our client brands with their consumers authentically, both online and offline.We’ve partnered with brands like Gamma, Granola, Emergent, Warner Bros. Discovery, Comcast and more.Website: OpportunityAt Muses, we run UGC programs and campus ambassador programs for some of the fastest-growing consumer brands in the US and UK. The Creator Partnerships Coordinator owns the full funnel of getting the right people into those programs: finding them, pitching them, closing them, and onboarding them. You'll be managing 50+ active creator conversations at any given time across TikTok, Instagram, and ambassador networks, and you'll also support internal hiring by running first-round screens and interviews for open roles.If you're looking for a quiet, inbox-zero kind of role, this isn't it. If you're someone who thrives on fast conversations, high volume, and the satisfaction of closing a deal, keep reading.What You'll Own: Creator sourcing: hunting down the right nano and micro creators and student ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, and creator databases; keeping the pipeline full at all timesVetting and outreach: screening profiles against brand fit, content quality, and audience authenticity; crafting outreach that actually gets repliesPitching and closing: getting on calls with creators, selling them on the program, negotiating rates, and getting contracts signedOnboarding: getting creators started quickly, briefed properly, and set up for success with minimal handholdingCampaign collaboration: working closely with Campaign Managers to understand exactly what creator personas each program needs, then scouting accordinglyPipeline management: keeping meticulous track of every outreach, follow-up, and deal status across multiple concurrent programs, nothing gets droppedInternal hiring support: running first-pass screening, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial interviews for open Muses roles before passing strong fits further down the pipelineWho You Are: The two things that matter most in this role: communication and organisation. You need to be someone who can hold 50 conversations at once without losing the thread on any of them, and who can make people genuinely excited to work with Muses.Stellar written and spoken English: you're talking to US and UK creators and clients every day and your communication needs to feel native to their mannerismsConfident, warm, and camera-ready: you'll be on video calls representing Muses and convincing people to join programs, and your energy mattersHighly organised without needing someone to build the system for you: managing a pipeline of 30–50 active conversations is the job, not the exceptionBackground in creator partnerships, influencer management, talent coordination, or HR: some combination of these is idealA note on who this role is for:This role is specifically for someone who is hungry to grow fast.
