Role Overview We are looking for an Associate – Operations to support the day-to-day execution of clinical and operational activities. The role involves working closely with internal teams, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring operational issues are addressed promptly to maintain smooth study execution. Key Responsibilities ● Manage communication with users and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and addressed. ● Handle escalations and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of operational concerns. ● Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently. ● Support cross-functional teams involved in clinical and operational processes. ● Assist in maintaining process efficiency and operational compliance across ongoing programs. ● Contribute to the smooth execution of day-to-day clinical and operational activities. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Management, or a related field. ● 1–3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, or clinical operations is preferred. ● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams. ● Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
