We are building something meaningful, and we are looking for driven people to join us on this journey.About the RoleWe are looking for a Growth Associate, Partnerships to help us scale our institutional partnerships and drive B2B growth. This is a high-impact role where you will own the entire partnerships pipeline, from outreach to onboarding to ongoing relationship management. If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-moving environment, this one's for you.What You'll DoIdentify, reach out to, and build relationships with institutional partners (colleges, universities, coaching institutes, ed-tech platforms, corporate L&D teams, and similar organizations) for B2B collaborations.Own and manage the entire workflow of B2B institutional partnerships, from first conversation to signed agreement to delivery coordination.Develop and execute outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to grow the partner pipeline consistently.Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and deliverables in collaboration with the founding team.Act as the primary point of contact for all institutional partners, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every touchpoint.Track partnership metrics (outreach volume, conversion rates, revenue generated) and share regular updates with leadership.Collaborate closely with the content and product team to tailor offerings for institutional partners.Represent gradnext at events, webinars, and networking forums to build visibility and credibility in the market.Who You Are1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships is strongly preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You know how to craft a compelling email and hold a confident conversation.Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and figuring things out without waiting to be told.Organized and detail-oriented.
