This role acts as thebridge between location employees and corporate HR leadership , driving both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Business Partnering Support theLocation Headin aligning people strategy with business needs. Partner with functional leaders to ensure effective workforce planning and capability building. Act as achange agentfor implementing new HR programs and policies. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management Overseerecruitment & on boardingat the location level, ensuring best-fit hires. Collaborate with central TA team to meethiring targetson time. Drivesuccession planning and career developmentinitiatives. 3. Employee Engagement & Culture Build a strongemployee connect programat the location. Implement initiatives that enhanceemployee morale, motivation, and retention . Drivediversity & inclusion practicesin line with global culture. 4. Learning & Development Work with central L&D to roll outtraining programsfor skill development. Identify local training needs and proposecustomized learning interventions . Support leadership development and capability building at the location. 5. Performance Management Ensure smooth execution of theperformance appraisal cycle . Guide managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and handling performance issues. Drive a culture ofmeritocracy and accountability . 6. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee payroll, attendance, and HRIS updates for the location. Ensure 100% compliance withlabor laws, ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements . Liaise with external authorities during inspections or audits. 7. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Act as the first point of contact foremployee issues and grievances . Resolve conflicts in a fair and transparent manner. Maintain positive industrial relations where applicable. 8. CSR & Local Initiatives Drive location-specificCSR activities, employee welfare, and community engagement . Represent Pinnacle Infotech as anemployer of choicein the region.Candidate Profile MBA/PGDM inHuman Resources(preferred) or equivalent. 10–15 years of progressive HR experience , including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Experience inmulti-location or large-scale operationspreferred. Strong understanding ofIndian labor laws and compliance requirements . Excellentpeople management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills .
