1. Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team in compliance issues,2. Drive HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience3. Manage and monitor end to end employee lifecycle of the employees4. Ensure regular cadence and accountability of HR KPIs and initiatives5. Drive performance management and rewards for the employees6. Carry out employee retention plan in the defined geography7. Execute and monitor employee engagement initiatives within allocated,budget8. Identify high performing employees and help with career progression,opportunities9. Build talent pool for all critical roles by market mapping and,internal talent identification10. Visit Jio centers and Jio points to understand operation related,challenges and help with solutions11. Handle recruitment at area through effective source mix, defined TAT,and quality parameters
