We’re Hiring: a Full-Time Bidding Specialist (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer & More)We’re looking for a full-time, results-driven Bidding Specialist with 3years of experience winning projects across major freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and more. Role Overview:As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and generating consistent leads through freelancing platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesActively search and bid on relevant projects across multiple platformsWrite tailored, high-conversion proposalsEngage with clients and handle initial communicationUnderstand client needs and align them with our services (Web, Mobile, ERP, etc.)Manage multiple platform accounts and optimize profiles/gigs (especially Fiverr)Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leadsRequirements:Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platformsStrong success rate in winning projectsExcellent written communication and sales skillsUnderstanding of IT services (preferred)Ability to work full-time and manage multiple platforms efficiently
