Financial Accountant

Our Madurai office is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entry of financial data. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. Coordinate with external auditors and support the audit process. Prepare and file statutory returns and financial reports as required. Support the management with financial analysis and reporting as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (, CA Inter, or similar qualification preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial accounting role. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar). Strong understanding of Indian taxation and financial regulations. Excellent MS Excel skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
