Instructional Designer

About the Role:We are looking to hire a creative, detail-oriented individual with 0–3 years of experience in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or a related field for a full-time role in our L&D team. The role involves developing high-quality eLearning content using authoring tools, design platforms, and video-editing software, in collaboration with subject matter experts.Key Responsibilities:- Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise/Storyline or Adobe Captivate - Design instructional videos using Clipchamp or similar video-editing tools - Create infographics, learning aids, and presentations using Canva and PowerPoint - Assist in writing scripts and designing storyboards - Ensure visual and instructional alignment with internal standards and brand guidelines - Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts for reviews and iterationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Visual Communication, Media Technology, Animation, or related fields - Proficient in at least two of the following tools: Articulate (Rise/Storyline), Adobe Captivate, Canva, Clipchamp, PowerPoint - Good understanding of layout, colour, visual hierarchy, and basic video/image editing - Strong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred (Nice to Have):- Exposure to instructional design principles - Experience with voiceover recording or basic audio editing - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle
