REnergy Infraworks is hiring: Site Accounts ExecutiveLocation: Madhubani, BiharProject Type: Agro Residue to BioCNG ProjectCompany: REnergy Dynamics Infraworks Pvt Ltd (REDi)Compensation Range: 5–6 LPAPreference: Immediate joiners or candidates available within short noticeRole OverviewThe Site Accounts Executive will be responsible for day-to-day site accounting, site imprest tracking and financial documentation for the EPC phase of a BioCNG project - ensuring timely recording, reconciliation and reporting of site-level financial transactions in coordination with the site team and Head Office accounts.Experience & Qualifications- Total Experience: 3–5 years - Prior experience as Site Accounts Executive / Site Accountant on industrial, infrastructure or construction projects - Qualification: / equivalent (mandatory) - Experience working on project-based site accounting is essentialKey Responsibilities- Day-to-day site accounting entries and maintenance of site books - Handling site imprest, petty cash and expense tracking - Vendor invoice certification enforcement and coordination with HO accounts for payments - Maintaining records for labour payments and site expenses - Supporting cost tracking, billing and monthly reconciliations - Ensuring proper documentation for audits and compliance - Coordination with site execution team for financial data and recordsSkill Expectations- Good working knowledge of site accounting processes - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software - Understanding of cost heads, site expenses and budget tracking - Accuracy, attention to detail and discipline in financial documentation - Ability to coordinate effectively with site and HO teamsWork Ethic Expectations- Believes in teamwork, task ownership and accountability - High integrity, self-driven and dependable - Ready to work in challenging site conditions with tight timelines - Comfortable with project-based environments and field coordination - Willing to adapt to digital tools, mobile apps and reporting systemsNote: This role requires consistent on-site presence and commitment.
