The ideal candidate will bridge creativity and coordination—ensuring content ideas are translated into well-executed shoots on time and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesScriptwritingDevelop original scripts for videos (short-form, long-form, ads, reels, branded content, etc.)Adapt scripts based on platform, audience, and brand toneCollaborate with creative, marketing, or content teams to refine conceptsEdit and revise scripts based on feedback and performance insightsPrior experience in working with marketing agency in UGC scripts, linkedin and social media content.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong scriptwriting and storytelling skillsGood understanding of video formats and digital platformsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesBasic knowledge of video production workflowsAbility to multitask and work under deadlinesCreative mindset with attention to detailPreferred (Nice to Have)Experience with digital content, UGC ads, or social media videosFamiliarity with basic video editing or storyboard toolsPrior experience coordinating shoots or production teams
