You should live and breathe social media, love cracking campaign ideas, and be comfortable writing for ads, videos, emails, and everything in between.If you’ve worked in an agency or a brand team where collaboration with designers and marketers was second nature, this is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesIdeate and write copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, and video scripts.Craft scroll-stopping headlines, taglines, and CTAs for digital ads (Meta, Google, YouTube).Write concept-driven campaign ideas and bring them alive across multiple formats.Script short-form video content (reels, influencer integrations, brand films).Write emails, landing page copy, and creative blog content that fits brand tone.Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to ensure cohesive storytelling.Contribute to brainstorms for brand campaigns and social-first ideas.Maintain a “voice library” of brand tone, language, and expressions.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency or brand team.Strong portfolio showcasing work across social, video, and digital campaigns.Comfort with both conceptual ideation and tight-turnaround execution.Clear, punchy writing with a sense of tone, humor, and storytelling.Understanding of social media culture, trends, and formats.A collaborative spirit because great ideas rarely come alone.Nice to HaveExperience writing for interior, lifestyle, or D2C brands.Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions).Ability to work with design, paid marketing, and video teams to shape campaigns.
