We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in jewellery retail to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling gold, diamond, or luxury jewellery products.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Target AchievementDrive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targetsHandle high-value jewellery sales (gold, diamond, silver, etc.)Ensure upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue2. Store OperationsManage daily store operations efficientlyMaintain visual merchandising as per jewellery retail standardsEnsure proper display, handling, and safety of jewellery stock3. Team ManagementLead, train, and supervise store staffMonitor team performance and drive productivityEnsure staff has strong product knowledge in jewellery4. Customer HandlingProvide premium customer experienceBuild long-term relationships with HNI and repeat customersHandle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally5.
