The company operates fully in-house and has established long-term partnerships with prominent brands and retailers such as Myntra, Mufti, and Aditya Birla Fashion. Asha Creations caters to both the Indian and global markets, offering reliable B2B and white-label solutions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Ludhiana for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will oversee product development and order processes, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include liaising with buyers to understand requirements, managing sampling and production cycles, ensuring compliance, and providing outstanding customer service support. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with buyers and team members.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing production timelines and quality benchmarks.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.Experience in the textile or apparel industry is a strong asset.
