More details as below.Location : India (Remote)Type : Contract (3 +3 months -extendable)Duration - First 3 months: part-time 20 hrs/wk / Succeeding months: full time 40 hrs/wkExperience : 8+ yearsShift : 5 am to 2 pm ISTQualifications:6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FS‑RI - Financial Services / Risk & InsuranceStrong understanding of SAP FICO processes and FI integration points.Background in insurance or reinsurance operations is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in production support environments.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FS‑RI processes, including reinsurance treaty setup, cession processing, retrocession, premium/claim postings, and reporting.Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLAs.Perform configuration changes, functional enhancements, and impact assessments as part of continuous support.Ensure seamless integration with related modules, especially FICO, FI‑CA, Claims, and Policy systems.Support testing cycles (unit, integration, user acceptance) and deployment of minor enhancements or fixes.Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process flows.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
