Senior Consultant, ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM (Remote India)

Job SummaryThis exciting opportunity is full-time with Pellera Technologies. We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Consultant with deep expertise in ITSM (IT Service Management) and (ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), HAM (Hardware Asset Management), and SAM (Software Asset Management). with end-to-end implementations, provide strategic guidance, and ensure best practices for ServiceNow solutions that optimize IT operations and asset lifecycle management. The ability to clearly articulate solutions and services to our existing client base is essential.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM and SAM modules.Build and maintain CMDB structure, relationships, and integrations.Develop workflows, business rules, and automation scripts.Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management processes.Align ITSM workflows with ITIL best practicesConfigure case management, portals, and customer workflows.Integrate CSM with external systems for seamless customer experience.Design and maintain CMDB data model and relationships.Implement Discovery and Service Mapping for accurate CI population.Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Current experience working with US based clients.Willing and able to work 8AM to 4:30PM US Eastern Standard Time.5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and administration.Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules.Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.Active certifications.Preferred Certifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, CSM)ITIL Foundation CertificationWork EnvironmentRemote within IndiaPellera provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
