Workday Payroll Integration Specialist

Position: Workday Payroll Integration SpecialistLocation: RemoteDuration: 11 MonthsPosition SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Workday Payroll Integration Specialist with strong expertise in payroll integrations, configuration, and reporting within Workday environments. This role will support third-party payroll integrations, payroll data validation, testing activities, and reporting initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess hands-on experience with Workday payroll integration tools, payroll processes, and reporting solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Workday payroll settings for third-party payroll providers, including:Pay groupsPayroll schedulesPay codesWage type mappingsDesign, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday payroll integrations using:PECIPICOFCCWWorkday StudioCreate and maintain advanced payroll-related reports including:Advanced ReportsMatrix ReportsComposite ReportsSupport payroll implementations, enhancements, and integration initiativesCollaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective payroll solutionsDevelop and execute SIT and UAT test cases for payroll integrations and payroll data validationTroubleshoot payroll integration issues and ensure timely resolution of defects and data discrepanciesSupport payroll reconciliation, compliance validation, and data accuracy checksParticipate in deployment activities, integration testing, and post-production supportWork independently on assigned technical tasks while managing deadlines and priorities effectivelyProvide clear communication and status updates to project stakeholders and leadership teamsRequired QualificationsFluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration and integrationsExpertise with Workday integration technologies including:PECIPICOFCCWWorkday StudioExperience supporting third-party payroll integrations within WorkdayStrong understanding of payroll processing, payroll mapping, and payroll compliance requirementsExperience developing advanced payroll-related reports in WorkdayAbility to create and execute payroll-focused SIT and UAT test scenariosStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in global payroll environmentsExperience supporting enterprise HRIS or payroll transformation projectsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologiesExposure to large-scale system implementations and integration testing initiativesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent prioritiesTechnical SkillsWorkday Payroll ConfigurationWorkday StudioPECIPICOFCCWAdvanced Workday ReportingMatrix ReportsComposite ReportsPayroll Data ValidationThird-Party Payroll IntegrationsSIT/UAT Testing & SupportPayroll Compliance & Reconciliation
