The HR Manager will also address staff concerns, promote a positive company culture, and collaborate with management on workforce planning initiatives.Qualifications- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management - Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills - Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance - Ability to design and implement training and professional development programs - Experience with HR software and systems - Problem-solving abilities and ability to foster a positive work environment - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Previous experience in an HR management or leadership position
