Our approach focuses on professionalism, confidentiality, and sustainable impact.Job Description-:Client Onboarding & Organization Sign-UpLead the end-to-end onboarding of organizations, including needs assessment, scope finalization, and alignment of psychological interventions with business goals.Organizational Diagnosis & AssessmentConduct organizational assessments (culture, climate, leadership, engagement, and performance) using validated psychological tools and frameworks.Team Building Strategy & DesignDesign evidence-based team-building interventions to improve collaboration, trust, communication, and conflict resolution.Workshop Design & DevelopmentConceptualize, develop, and customize workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, change management, and workplace well-being.Workshop Facilitation & DeliveryLead high-impact, interactive workshops (in-person and virtual) for leadership teams, managers, and employees.Leadership Coaching & DevelopmentProvide one-on-one and group coaching for leaders to enhance decision-making, people management, and organizational effectiveness.Team & Internal Capability BuildingBuild, mentor, and supervise a team of psychologists, trainers, and facilitators to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and HR stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and successful program outcomes.Impact Measurement & ReportingEvaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics; prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.Thought Leadership & Practice DevelopmentContribute to practice growth through research, content creation, innovation in intervention models, and representation in professional forums.
